I love holiday decor. With that being said, I usually don’t decorate for Halloween beyond buying some mini gourds and a pumpkin; but with Halloween looking a bit different this year due to covid, and sales galore, I figured why not? (Disclaimer that I live in a high rise apartment building and if I had a front porch, it would be overflowing with oversized green pumpkins and gourds of all types).

I’ve recently been a huge fan of Hobby Lobby and Michael’s so when I saw these silver candelabras, I instantly got Disney’s haunted mansion vibes. I paired them with black tapered candles to solidify my spooky vision, and a spider web table runner. I’m also hoping I can use the candelabras at Christmas with white candles and some winter foliage.

The mini gourds and pumpkins, and the air plant yoga skeletons, are compliments of Trader Joes! I was so happy to get my hands on a pair of the yoga skeletons – apparently they’re hard to come by! I bought them in probably mid-September but sure enough they were sold out a week later when I went back for a third. Guess I’ll grow my collection next year! Note my guy on the left having some trouble with his plant hair 😦
