WW On-the-Go Snack Hacks

Today I’m sharing my favorite Weight Watcher-approved prepackaged snacks! While I love to fresh make my snacks typically, like laughing cow baby peppers, or turkey roll-ups, sometimes it’s just more convenient to grab a pre-packaged snack if you’re running out the door, or in a time-jam. And frankly, sometimes I’m just craving something a little ‘junky’ – like when a salty craving hits and some carrot stick aren’t gonna cut it.

I find my items at my regular Jewel grocery store or Marianos, and have seen some of them available on Amazon or at Target as well!

Point values listed correspond to the BLUE plan 🙂

Salty

  • Fiber One Protein chewy bars in Caramel Nut (my absolute favorite, it tastes like a 100 Grand bar) or Peanut Butter – 5 points/bar
  • Annie’s Cheddar Bunnies – 4 pts/pack
  • Annie’s Cheddar Squares – 3 pts/pack
  • Laughing Cow cheese wedge – 1pt/wedge (My personal favorite is the plain old swiss). Technically not a ‘pre-packaged’ duo, but IF you’re already near some fresh cut veggies, this is a super easy combo!

Sweet

  • Annie’s Friends Bunny Grahams – 4 pts/pack
  • Fiber One 70 calorie soft-baked bars in Lemon or Cinnamon Coffee cake – 2 pts/bar
  • Belvita Protein biscuit in Blueberry Almond – 7 pt/bar
  • Belvita Protein biscuit in Banana Bread – 8 pt/bar (yes, this is a lot of points for this little bar, but they are. SO. good!)
